In addition to an animation restaurant scene for humans, Ocala and Marion County have several restaurants that allow doggy dining on their outdoor patios. From American pub food and Mexican tacos to Cajun cuisine, there are plenty of lunch and dinner destinations that will let you take Fido with you. Some even offer special dog menus for your puppy’s palate.

The Bank Street Patio Bar offers a chic dining experience in downtown Ocala and welcomes dogs on a leash at its 15-20 outdoor tables. You can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail and choose from fish, salads, sandwiches, burgers and more.
In addition to water bowls for your dog, Bank Street Patio Bar even offers a dog menu that includes “French Fries”, “Chicken Nugs” and “Oh My Apple Pie,” all made with natural ingredients.
For more sociable puppies, the restaurant hosts Yappy Hours on Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., where dog owners receive $ 3 drafts and other special appetizers.
