9:47 a.m. Domestic conflict: The caller reported screaming and slamming doors on C Street, it is unclear if a physical altercation occurred.

11:44 a.m. Traffic accident: Two vehicles were involved in an accident on Indian Hills Drive and Styner Avenue.

12:08 Animal problem: A baby moose was found next to a home on Shoshone Street. The caller reported that the animal did not appear well.

4:14 p.m. Person sought: The caller reported seeing a wanted person outside of Rosauers.

Saturday February 28

00:37 Noise Complaint: The caller reported that his neighbor was banging on the walls. It had been an ongoing problem and the neighbor was cited for disturbing the peace.

1:47 Disorderly conduct: A woman was screaming and punching cars with her fist in the IDENTITY apartments.

4h22 Overdose: A woman was trying to overdose on Adams Street. Officers arrived and she was taken to Gritman Medical Center.

8:31 a.m. Domestic violence: The caller reported ongoing physical abuse from his ex. The caller is safe at his aunt’s house with her children.

9:28 a.m. Vehicle prowl: Three cars were broken into on Asbury Street. The caller reported that she and her roommates’ cars were broken into and their belongings stolen.

12:00 Suspicious person: A vehicle was parked near 4th Street full of cats.

4:04 p.m. Disorderly conduct: The man was yelling at customers at the One World Café. The man left before the caller called the police.

9:02 p.m. Gunshots: Three shots were heard north of Almon Street.

Sunday February 27

7:53 a.m. Flight: The caller reported that his bike was stolen outside One World Café.

1:38 p.m. Domestic conflict: The Appellant’s husband followed their vehicle and struck the car as he was driving away.

7:58 p.m. Disorderly conduct: An employee reported sexual harassment to The Market.

8:03 p.m. Accidental hit and run: A white Dodge drove through the intersection and knocked over a lamp post at Varsity Diner.

8:14 p.m. Traffic danger: Due to a power outage, people were crossing the intersection of 6th and Washington streets.
