AZ Big Media Chef Joey Maggiore to Launch 2 New Restaurant Concepts
Husband and wife duo Chef Joey and Cristina Maggiore are the restaurateurs and co-owners of The Maggiore Group, based in Scottsdale, and present two brand new concepts after creating hot concepts in the valley, such as:
• Hashtag-inspired, social-media-worthy brunch hotspot Hash cooking famous for its build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and extravagant brunch dishes, morning cocktails and more
• The Sicilian ButcherSicilian-inspired charcuterie bar and restaurant offering Sicilian-style charcuterie boards, artisan meatballs, and hand-cut pasta
• The Sicilian Bakera cannoli bar, a pasticceria and an Italian market next to The Sicilian Butcher
• New Mexican Restaurant, The Mexicanbrings a margarita bar, fine Mexican cuisine like lava rock fajitas, three-foot quesadillas and molcajetes

In Paradise Valley and near its sister restaurant, The Mexicano, is The Rosticceria, which offers wood-fried meats and Arizona’s first Italian wood-fired rotisserie. A unique build-your-own antipasto bar with over 70 dishes, roast meats ranging from porchetta to Sicilian sausage, handcrafted cocktails, casual fun and sexy urban decor, golden wood-fired pizza ovens, rotisseries imported from Italy and live music will all be a part of the dining experience.

A new chapter in Maggiore’s legacy and dedicated to Chef Joey Maggiore’s Italian heritage, The Italiano will be an elegant and casual Italian restaurant with trendy design and cuisine. Chef Joey’s father and culinary legend, Tomaso Maggiore founded the Italian institution, Tomaso’s, on the Camelback Corridor in 1977 and now the second-generation restaurateur is following in his father’s footsteps with a modern Italian restaurant.
