Courthouse Restaurant and Bar Wins OpenTable Diner’s Choice Award

A bar and restaurant in Bolton has been recognized for the quality of its cuisine with an award.

The Courthouse Restaurant and Bar on Mawdsley Street has won the OpenTable Diner’s Choice Award for 2022.

The award recognizes top-rated restaurants across the country, based on diner feedback.

Courthouse Operator Hurshiv Faldu said: “We are delighted to be recognized as one of the best restaurants in the area, thanks to all the hard work of the team.

“I’m very proud of the offering we’ve created, and it’s even better to receive this award knowing it comes from our customers. We wanted to create a place of destination where customers would travel to visit and that’s exactly what we did.

Admiral Taverns, a community pub group that partners with pubs and aims to build strong partnerships with pub owners, owns the courthouse.

Samantha Banks, Head of North of England Operations at Admiral Taverns, said: “Hurshiv and her team have developed an outstanding offering at the Courthouse and truly deserve this award.

“Hurshiv has been at the courthouse for two and a half years and is passionate about giving back to his community.”

She added: “I’m glad they recognized it and would highly recommend a visit to the pub if you’re in the area.”

Courthouse patrons can enjoy dishes including four different cuts of steaks, burgers, sharing plates, loaded fries, bao rolls, salmon and duck dishes.
