Guy Fieri returns to not one, but two restaurants in the Lansing area

The Gods of Flavortown shower us with their blessings because Guy Fieri strikes again!

Guy Fieri is back in town

Or, should we say, hit first. Because the word on the street is Guy Fieri drove his red convertible to Joe’s Gizzard City in Potterville last Monday, just a day before stopping off at Meat BBQ in Old Town Lansing.

According to Joe’s Gizzard City owner Joe Bristol himself, this is Guy Fieri’s second visit to his excellent establishment. The first time was for another episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives which was filmed in 2007.

What was presented?

In 2007, Joe’s Gizzard City was featured in “One of a Kind” Season 2, Episode 3. During the episode, Joe’s Gizzard City featured The “DDD” Burger.

This time, two dishes will be in the spotlight; The Triple D Breakfast Sandwich and the Supreme Pork Rind Nacho.

These photos literally make us salivate.

We’re happy to see Guy Fieri bringing Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives back to the Lansing area because there are so many delicious places to choose from!

Since he’s back in town, the only places we know Guy has been (so far) are Joe’s Gizzard City in Potterville and Meat BQQ in Old Town Lansing. We wonder… is he working on doing “flashback” episodes, like “See where they are now” stuff? Only time will tell.

We may not have to wait too long. In the Facebook post that Meat BBQ made the other day, we should be able to see them appear in an episode in early 2022.

Where do you think Guy Fieri will take Triple D next? Guesses … maybe he saw our list of suggestions? See them for yourself. And ring; Where do you think Guy Fieri will be next? Let us know by sending us a message with the station app.
