On this week’s episode of Texas Eats, David Elder takes you to San Antonio’s North Side to pair Shiner beer with next-level burgers and hot dogs.

Then we’ll head downtown to enjoy some steaming barbecue dishes at a Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ.

Next, we head to Canyon Lake to sample traditional southern Italian cuisine.

After that, we return to San Antonio for a place serving tasty Jamaican and Caribbean street food at The Pearl.

Next we go to Stone Oak to try a place that does authentic Mexican food and fancy cocktails. Around town, we catch up with a food truck bringing the famous East Coast lobster rolls to Texas.

We end our day in downtown San Antonio to try a local burger joint that serves delicious American fare, including over-the-top milkshakes.
