The opening of a new branch in Hinckley would mark a return to Leicestershire for the brand, following the closure of Benito’s Hat inside the Highcross shopping center in 2019.
The liquor license notice was posted on the windows of the unit Benito’s plans to take, at a door of a new tanning salon, Forever Sun.
It would be the company’s fourth restaurant overall and their second outside London.
