Take-out cocktails are now semi-permanent legal in California. On October 8, Gov. “Top Chef’s” Stephanie Izard broadened her praise Girl & the Goat Restaurant in the Arts District this summer and plans to add another fine dining destination to the city. It will open a Cabra location – its cevicheria and Peruvian-style bar in Chicago – on the rooftop of the Hoxton Hotel in downtown in December.
