Weld County Retail Food Inspection Reports February 7-11, 2022

Weld County rates restaurants, schools, grocery stores and other facilities that handle food on a scale of three categories: pass, re-inspection required and closure. As part of the county’s rating index, officials rate facilities on factors such as cooling, reheating, cooking refrigeration and warm-holding equipment, cross-contamination between raw foods and ready-to-eat foods and employee hygiene, according to the county.

“Past” — the establishment complies with basic food safety standards. The establishment could have a certain priority, a priority basis or fundamental violations. Some or all of the violations were corrected during the inspection.

“Re-inspection needed” — food safety violations have been found and corrections may have been made, but the rating requires re-inspection to ensure basic food standards are being met.

“Firm” — significant unsanitary conditions or other imminent health risks have been observed. The facility has multiple priorities, core priorities, or top violations representing a high risk. The facility must cease operations until the conditions and violations are corrected.
